Provoking the force by Jade Royal
Synopsis:
In a matter of seconds, Onyx Triton’s life was changed forever. Onyx didn’t know what was worse, losing his memories or fighting his own identity battle. How could he be the man he used to be when he didn’t know who that man was? The only thing that burned through him was the harsh desire to get back what he lost. And then she came into his life. Without knowing the devastation that happened to the male that her cat cried out for ever since he’d rescued her, Sol made it her mission to find Onyx. They were thrust into a whirlwind of emotions that was clouded by their ominous future and the darkness that dredged through Onyx from his lost memories and soul. Could Onyx be the perfect mate when he didn’t quite know who he was? With such a delicate mating, Onyx and Sol were at risk of losing everything and when their enemies came to finish what they started, the fated couple had to rely on destiny in order to make it out together.
About Me

Whether you’re a reader, author, blogger, or maybe you’re all of the above —this book blog— which was designed to build a impactful community of creatives, is for you. Perhaps you’re merely a lover of wine and want some recommendations, then you belong here too! This site will be an ever-growing collective of book favorites, an absurd wine list, and book reviews.
If you love books by Black Authors, be it Fantasy/Paranormal, Contemporary, Urban lit, etc., and a good wine to pair those juicy books with, then you will feel right at home here! Pour-Over Book blog will feature reviews from highly anticipated releases, past releases, discussion topics in the Indie space and what wine I am drinking.
Here’s a little backstory: Starting Pour-Over Book blog has been a goal of mine for over a year now. I love to curl up with a good book and a chilled glass of wine on a Friday evening after a long week of adulting. After writing a review, I realized I genuinely loved letting authors know how their work made me feel. So ultimately, pouring a glass of wine while enjoying a good book birthed the idea of “Pour-Over” book blog. If I am not reading a book, I am thinking about books. If I am not thinking about someone else’s work, I’m crafting unwritten love stories in my head that I aspire to publish one day. That said, there might even be some short stories published on this blog in the near future with the help of a glass of wine, of course.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy all this blog offers.
